Six to ten weeks is the comfortable window for a Memphis date. The presses go out by freight from Fullerton and the crew flies in a day early, so the calendar is set by shipping, not press time. If your date is closer than that, ask anyway.
A working timeline
- 10+ weeks out - best for Renasant Convention Center booths and big FedExForum nights. Time to proof art, source garments and plan the station without rushing.
- 6-10 weeks out - the normal window for a Memphis date. Send the date, venue and headcount and we lock the setup and the freight.
- Under 6 weeks - sometimes possible with simple art and standard blanks, as long as freight can still make it. Ask and we'll tell you quickly.
What speeds things up
Have the logo or artwork ready, plus a rough headcount, the venue, the date and which stations you want. Art needs to be final about a week out, and date changes are easiest with two weeks' notice because of the freight.
Short notice? Don’t assume it's too late. Send the date and we'll check whether freight and flights can still land in time.

What we sort out before anything ships
Part of the lead time is this check: load-in route, power at the station, the line path and where guests choose a garment. It's easier to settle weeks before the freight leaves Fullerton than the night before.
The kit is the one we use everywhere: presses, flash dryers, heat presses, blanks, folding tables, signage and trained printers, freighted from Fullerton with the crew flying in the day before. Budget about 10x10 ft and two 120V circuits per station. With a short design menu, two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour.
