Memphis mixes conventions, basketball, music and barbecue, and a live press fits more of that calendar than people expect. From a Renasant Convention Center booth to a Grizzlies watch party, the station gives guests something to watch and a piece to take home.
Memphis events we print live for
- Renasant Convention Center booths - a press in the booth builds a line the whole aisle can see, and every shirt is two minutes with a prospect.
- FedExForum game nights - fans arrive in a rush before tip-off, so the station is sized for that peak.
- Beale Street activations - compact builds, loaded in before the street closes to cars, printing into the night.
- Music & label launches - cover art or tour dates on a shirt, usually DTF because the art is full color.
- Barbecue-fest activations - outdoor tents by the river, where shade, power and rain cover matter more than floor space.
- Watch parties and fan nights - Grizzlies and Tigers crowds, where one simple design on a lot of shirts suits a screen press.
Matching the station to the event
High-traffic formats like convention booths and game nights want a fast screen-print or DTF station that keeps the line short. Upscale or personal moments suit a hat bar or live embroidery, which read as a gift. The room decides the rest: a convention hall takes several stations, a Beale Street club takes one.
Not sure which fits? Send the event type and headcount and we'll suggest a station mix for the room and the run-of-show.

What we sort out before anything ships
Every event type above gets the same check before the freight leaves Fullerton: the load-in route, power at the station, where the line stands, and where guests choose a garment.
The kit is the one we use everywhere: presses, flash dryers, heat presses, blanks, folding tables, signage and trained printers, freighted from Fullerton with the crew flying in the day before. Budget about 10x10 ft and two 120V circuits per station. With a short design menu, two presses clear 100+ shirts an hour.
