Beale Street events come in two sizes: a brand night in a club where the merch table shares space with the bar, or a bigger push around a FedExForum game or concert at the east end of the strip. We bring a compact press or DTF station and print shirts, caps and merch while guests watch, about two minutes a shirt.
The street closes to vehicles in the evening, so load-in happens before that, with gear carted from wherever the truck can park. Most Beale rooms can't give up space behind the merch table, so we agree on a spot by the entrance or in a side room ahead of time. The kit ships freight from Fullerton and the crew lands a day early, which leaves time to walk the room.
What fits a Beale Street room
- Live DTF: the usual pick for a club night, full-color art from a small footprint.
- Live screen printing: one bold design for a bigger crowd, and it puts on a show.
- Live hat bar: quiet and compact for a VIP room or a label party.
- Promo & hard goods: totes and drinkware for a sponsor table.
The Orpheum sits at the Main Street end of Beale and FedExForum a few blocks east, so a pre-show or pre-game event can move between them. Outside Beale? We also cover Downtown & Convention Center, South Main Arts District, Overton Square, Cooper-Young, and the rest of Memphis.
Beale Street check: about 10×10 ft for the station, two dedicated 120V circuits, and a load-in time before the street closes to cars.
