Downtown is where most Memphis convention and corporate work lands: shows at Renasant Convention Center, receptions and dinners in the hotels near the river, and ballpark nights at AutoZone Park. We bring presses, a DTF station and printers, and make shirts, caps and merch in front of your guests at about two minutes a shirt.
Convention center jobs follow the venue's rules: a marshalling schedule for move-in, a drayage slot, and electrical ordered ahead. Hotel ballrooms are simpler but tighter, so the line needs more thought than the station. The kit ships freight from Fullerton and the crew lands the day before, which gives us time to walk the room.
Stations that suit downtown rooms
- Live screen printing: one design at volume for a show-floor booth.
- Live DTF: full-color art and names for a hotel gala or a product launch.
- Live hat bar: a small build for a reception or a ballpark suite.
- Promo & hard goods: totes that carry your logo around the convention hall all day.
Beale Street and the Pinch are both a short walk away, and the same station works for a conference, an offsite or a brand night. We also cover Beale Street, South Main Arts District, Overton Square, Cooper-Young, and the rest of Memphis.
Each station needs about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V circuits. At Renasant Convention Center, order that power through the venue early.
Send the downtown venue, the date and a headcount and we'll send an itemized quote within 24 hours.
